Beta Testing Terms & Conditions

1. Voluntary Participation & Nature of Beta Testing

Participation in the K-Cleaner Android Closed Beta Testing Program is strictly voluntary. K-Cleaner is pre-release software provided for evaluation, quality assurance, bug reporting, and performance testing purposes.

No Financial Compensation: Participation is unpaid. No financial rewards, bounties, or monetary incentives are offered or implied for testing the software.

2. Eligibility & Google Account Requirements

To participate, you must provide a valid Google Play email address associated with an Android device running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later. Your email will be added to the authorized closed testing track on Google Play Console to enable installation.

3. Pre-Release Software Disclaimer

THE BETA SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Beta software may contain bugs, memory anomalies, unexpected crashes, or incomplete features. While K-Cleaner adheres to safe on-device file manipulation practices, you acknowledge that you test the software at your own discretion.

4. Feedback & Intellectual Property

Any suggestions, bug reports, crash logs, or feedback you submit become the property of KAD Labs to improve and refine future releases of K-Cleaner without obligation of compensation.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

Your registration details (name, email, phone number, and device model) are stored securely in our protected database solely for coordinating closed testing builds and sending release updates. 6. Termination of Participation

You may leave the beta testing program at any time by uninstalling the application from your Android device and requesting removal by emailing contact@kad-labs.com. KAD Labs reserves the right to modify or conclude the closed beta testing program at its sole discretion.
